By accessing and using TruewayTours (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
TruewayTours reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

02. License Grant & Restrictions
TruewayTours grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- • Reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content from TruewayTours without written permission
- • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data
- • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
- • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
In Plain English: You can use TruewayTours for personal bookings, but don't copy our stuff, don't try to hack us, and don't use bots or automated tools.
03. User Responsibilities & Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- • Harass, threaten, embarrass, or cause distress to any individual
- • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- • Engage in ticket scalping or resale without authorization
- • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
In Plain English: Keep your password secret. Be nice to other users. Don't create fake accounts or try to resell tickets at inflated prices.
04. Payment & Billing
When you make a purchase through TruewayTours, you authorize us to charge your payment method. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers.

All sales are final. Refunds are available only for cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase or if the event is cancelled by the organizer.
In Plain English: We charge a small processing fee (2.5% + $0.99) on top of the ticket price. You can add insurance for $2.50/ticket. Refunds happen within 48 hours or if an event is cancelled.
05. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruewayTours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if TruewayTours has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid to TruewayTours in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In Plain English: If something goes wrong with the service, we're not responsible for lost profits or huge damages. Our liability is limited to what you paid us.
06. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on TruewayTours, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TruewayTours or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written permission.

07. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of TruewayTours is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including name, email, payment information, and browsing behavior. We are GDPR and CCPA compliant.
We use 256-bit encryption, PCI DSS Level 1 compliance, and regular security audits to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

08. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TruewayTours and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
In Plain English: If you break these rules and we get sued because of it, you'll cover our legal costs.
09. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, unless local law does not permit arbitration. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of arbitration in the State of Delaware.
Before pursuing arbitration, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team at support@truewaytours.com.
In Plain English: If we disagree, we'll use arbitration instead of court. But first, try to talk it out with our support team.
10. Termination
TruewayTours may terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease.

11. Changes to Terms
TruewayTours reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
